Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once it's on its way.

Shipping Time
Because each Bread Charm is made to order and shipped from our international fulfillment partners, please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing.

We know that's a little longer than same-day delivery giants — but it's what lets us keep our little bread friends this affordable and adorable. Good things are worth the wait! 🍞

Shipping Rates
We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum spend required.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Bread Charms journey to your door.

Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, occasional delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us at admin@breadcharms.com and we'll help track it down.

Multiple Items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing.

Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once they've shipped, so if you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
